How do I enroll in a course?
What is the difference between self-paced and cohort formats?
Self-paced gives you immediate access to all lessons and assignments. Cohort runs on a schedule with weekly critiques and office hours. Both include lifetime access to updates.
How many hours per week should I expect?
Most students commit 4–8 hours weekly. Technical modules like CAD may require additional practice time to build fluency.
Which software do I need?
For technical tracks we recommend SketchUp and AutoCAD. Rendering workshops may suggest Enscape or similar tools; we provide setup guidance.
Do you issue certificates?
Yes. Upon successful completion of assignments and final review, you receive a digital certificate from Viewnest Atelier.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day refund window for self-paced courses if you haven’t completed more than 20% of the content. Cohort fees are refundable up to 7 days before start.
Are your courses accessible?
We provide captions, transcripts, and accessible documents. If you need accommodations, let us know.
How can I get help during a course?
Use cohort forums, office hours, or email support. We encourage posting process updates to receive timely critique.
Will I build a portfolio?
Yes. Assignments are designed to become portfolio pieces. We include a dedicated Portfolio Workshop with review sessions.
